In the midst of the coronavirus and the devastation being caused by illness along with financial stress and hardship, I found it difficult to find the words for this letter. Do I skim past the current reality of our nation and world? Or, do I take a nose dive in the myriad of Covid-19 facts and assumptions?
Well my Dear Wednesday Family, I say neither! I have decided to send you resources and encouragement. Many of you are probably working from home, not working but still at home or even caring for sick loved ones or yourself. Stress is high and people's compassion tanks are running on empty; therefore it is time for a pick me up! Please utilize this list of resources for your entertainment, growth, connection and mental health.

Phone Calls: Call or video chat loved ones and friends on the phone and have a good chat. Maybe this is the time to call someone who have not spoken to in a while. (Just make sure it’s a healthy connection)
Reading: Grab a book you have been waiting to read, try listening to a book on Audible
Try a meditation app: CALM, Headspace, Yoga Glo, Breathe 2 Relax for deep meditation and help sleeping. You can also head over to YouTube and search for meditative instrumentals and guided meditation.
